Other Policies To Note
My signs are not weatherproof. While I do seal each one to help protect the paint, this does not make them suitable for long-term outdoor exposure. Over time, weather conditions like rain, sun, and humidity can still cause damage. If you're planning to display your sign outside, I recommend placing it in a covered or protected area to help it last as long as possible.
Refunds & Exchanges
Because each item is handmade just for you, I do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for any reason. Turnaround times can vary, depending on order volume. If you're not able to wait, I kindly ask that you hold off on ordering until the timing works better for you. I always do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible—but rushing means sacrificing quality, and that’s not something I’m willing to do.
If your package arrives damaged, please email me. I’ll happily help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Policy
Turnaround time does not include shipping/transit time. Once your order is complete and shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier (USPS or UPS). Each package is insured, so if your item is lost or arrives damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier for a refund. I do not remake items that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, if something goes wrong, please reach out to me—I'm happy to file the claim on your behalf so you can get your refund.
This is the fairest way to handle shipping issues, as delays or damage caused by the carrier are completely out of my control.
