Turnaround Time

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Turnaround times may vary depending on the item, customization, current order volume, holidays, and busy seasons. Any estimated turnaround time refers to business days and does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

I always work to get orders completed as quickly as possible while still providing the quality you expect from Bax & Les Creations. 💗

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me before ordering to make sure I can accommodate your timeline.

Apparel Sizing & Colors

All apparel is unisex sizing unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please review the sizing information before ordering, as I cannot offer exchanges due to an incorrect size being selected.

Shirt and sweatshirt colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography, mockups, and differences in phone or computer screens.

Because each item is individually made, slight variations in design placement and sizing may occur.

Apparel Care

To help your B&LC apparel last as long as possible:

• Wash inside out with like colors
• Machine wash cold
• Use mild detergent
• Avoid bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly over the design

Proper care will help protect both your garment and its design.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Please double-check all names, dates, wording, colors, sizes, and other customization details before placing your order.

Personalized items will be created using the information provided at checkout or through the agreed-upon custom order details. Bax & Les Creations is not responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer.

Once production has started on a personalized or custom item, changes may not be possible.

Shipping Policy

Please keep in mind that processing/turnaround time does not include shipping or transit time.

Once your order is complete, you will receive tracking information when it ships. Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, and delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of Bax & Les Creations' control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out to me! I’m happy to help with the carrier claim process and determine the next steps.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Bax & Les Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because Bax & Les Creations items are made to order, I do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless there is an error or defect with your order.

Please review all sizing, color selections, personalization, and order details carefully before submitting your order.

If I made a mistake with your order or you received an item with a production defect, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item so I can make it right.

Normal variations in handmade items, garment colors, print placement, wood grain, knots, and other natural characteristics are not considered defects.

Handmade Sign Disclaimer

Every B&LC sign is handmade, which means no two pieces will be exactly alike. Wood naturally varies in grain, texture, knots, small imperfections, and how it accepts paint or stain. These characteristics are part of what makes each handmade piece unique and are not considered defects.

Sign Care & Outdoor Use

B&LC signs are not weatherproof unless specifically stated otherwise in the product listing.

While signs may be sealed to help protect the paint and finish, sealing does not make them suitable for prolonged exposure to rain, direct sunlight, extreme heat, humidity, or other outdoor conditions.

If displaying your sign outside, I highly recommend placing it in a covered or protected area, such as a covered porch, to help extend its life.
